About

Education first. The shop comes second.

Most people who become curious about pegging run into the same two walls: a wall of silence, and a wall of noise. The silence comes from a culture that still treats receptive pleasure in men as a punchline or a confession. The noise comes from an industry happy to sell a kit before anyone has explained anatomy, lubricant chemistry, or how to have the conversation in the first place.

Art of Pegging exists in the gap between them. We write plain-language, evidence-informed guides for adults, structured beginner to advanced, and we keep a small shop of gear that meets our standards. The library is free and always will be. If our guides help and you never buy anything, that is a success.

What we believe

  • Pain is a signal, not a rite of passage. Discomfort means change the approach.
  • Consent is ongoing and specific — it is a conversation, not a one-time yes.
  • Pegging is not a statement about anyone's sexual orientation. Anatomy does not have a politics.
  • Good gear reduces risk. Bad gear introduces it. Material science is a safety issue, not a luxury.

Our product standards

Non-porous materials only

Platinum-cure silicone, borosilicate glass and stainless steel. We do not stock jelly, PVC or unnamed 'body-safe blends' — porous materials cannot be fully sanitised.

Honest sizing

Every listing shows insertable length and maximum diameter, because diameter is what actually determines comfort. Marketing adjectives are not measurements.

Compatible by design

We tell you which dildos fit which harness O-rings, and which lubricants are safe with which materials, so you do not buy two things that cannot be used together.

Discretion as standard

Plain outer packaging with no branding, and a neutral billing descriptor on your statement. This is the default, not an upsell.

Start with the library

The beginner track covers everything you need before a first session — about forty minutes of reading, no purchase required.
