Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during holidays or promotional events.

Discreet packaging

Customer privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without product descriptions or identifying branding on the outside of the package.

Art of Pegging is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost packages

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our customer support team at info@artofpegging.com and we will help investigate the shipment.

International shipping

International shipping availability, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import restrictions vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes unless otherwise stated during checkout.
