Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, most items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. This policy helps protect the health and safety of all customers.

We accept returns only when:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product is not listed as a non-returnable item.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used intimate products
• Lubricants, creams, or consumable products that have been opened
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products marked "Non-Returnable"

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@artofpegging.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we generally do not offer exchanges on intimate products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
